Description
This is my yearly Christmas card. Oh, and if you notice he's got 4 fingers on one hand and 5 on the other... I looked at some reference since I had never drawn the character before but I wanted to try and capture the essence of the original Dr. Seuss design as well as the classic Chuck Jones TV movie above all other versions. I mainly wanted to stay closer to the Chuck Jones' version, especially for Max. I noticed The Grinch seems to have 5 fingers in most versions except for the Chuck Jones classic. I was torn on whether to go for 4 and 5 fingers and long story short, I ended up doing both.
