While proofreading my page, my boyfriend suggested that I should not include turtle and herb jelly coz killing turtle is cruel and turtles are in danger!

Oh well, most seafood is endangered too, how come no one gasps ever when I order salmon? But I do need to point out that, we dont actively go out to kill wild animals just to make some fancy dishes (shark fin is an exception, but only people who like to show off their wallet would order such a dish coz shark fin sure does not taste impressive). Most ingredients used, such as turtle, are farmed, just like pig and cow.

Anyway, two pages finished just before 2010. I just need a conclusion page, then the project is finish!!
