Description
The forehead looks really bare... MMMM it's bothering me so much xD (that's why my characters always have bangs, so then I don't freak out over it x3)
also the blank spot on the top of the ref is where the name will be! ^^

BUT... this wonderfully amazing character concept belong to the awesomely talented: !!!

But, oh man, when i saw i could make one of these, I jumped onto it like there was no tomorrow... i was that excited x3

So uh... i hope this isn't too overboard at all owo'' I'm actually glad at how the clothes came out, despite my worry of not doing a good design xD
I'm a sucker for bi-colored eyes, i had to use those :'3 (also it kinda fits her character, in a way!)

I WORKED ON THIS FOR EIGHT. HOURS.
I WENT THROUGH THREE DESIGN CHANGES
AND MANY COMPLICATIONS WITH INTERNET CONNECTIONS
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN...

Name: Cynthia // (her card name)

Nicknames: Tiny, Tiny Two, Shorty, Shortstack, a variety of insults to her size, give some! :0

Age: Ageless! (But I would guess she'd be the youngest out of all the Cards?)

Gender: Genderless, but goes by the she/her pronouns

Type: Two of Hearts

Occupation: TBA! (Idk what she'd be tbh xD)  

Resides: The Hearts Realm

Abilities: Can manipulate shadows (which she can then manipulate time and space because shadows >:3)   and levitation

Likes: puppets, climbing (it makes her feel tall), dancing, having fun, pranks, and animals (only certain ones, like cats and dogs)  

Dislikes: the cold, being belittled by others, her size, being called short, her parents that she never knew, and large crowds 

Personality: childish, fun-loving, "innocent", determined, easily distracted, constantly anxious, hard-to-anger, snarky, sarcastic, feisty, 'all-talk-no-bite' type of personality, cocky, self-deprecating and gullible
(To sum it up, she is a complete child that has a bad attitude XD)

Clothes: a black heart-shaped breastplate, pinkish purple underclothing, a flowy ballerina skirt, and ballet shoes 

Short description:
Cynthia, or Two of Hearts, was a creation between another Two of Hearts and an Ace. Of course, she never got to see who they were when she was created, sadly. But she obtained one of their powers, which is manipulating shadows. She's your not-so-average mix of a jester, child, and a ballerina. Due to being created as a Two, and a defected Two at that, she was belittled by others for her size and ranking, causing her personality to be what it's like today. She tends to talk bad about most of the higher Cards (except Queen of Hearts, she actually respects her greatly), but when it comes to threatening them, she never pulls through with it. If she was ever caught by any of them, saying rude things about them, she'll quickly cover up what she actually said. But, as weird as it is, she was highly inspired by the Joker, who was the only winged Card known (she'd never admit this, of course). So, creating her own illusion, the shadows on her back morphed into wings, which are actually hands that can physically grab stuff (people and even her mallet). She could fool anyone with them being wings, and they were scary (when used in action) so it was a win-win for her. She was so proud of it!
She may come off as a bit moody and rude to you, but honestly, she's a very kind and caring Cardling. You will get that if you're kind to her, then she'll be kind to you back. And she is one to get sad very easily. If you make fun of her size, or belittle her for being a Two, she'll seem mad at you, but when she's alone, she's upset about it and will most likely cry.

- her abnormally small size
- her bicolored eyes
- her shadow hands on her back
- the large mallet she carries around with her (i mean seriously, its practically bigger than her!)
- her ballerina-looking outfit
- her hair (it resembles pigtails)

Notes:
- She reminds me of a cat for some reason... idk, but that's actually great xD
- She is a mix between a jester/child/ballerina c:
- She wears a ballerina's outfit
- Those aren't wings. Those are shadow hands now B3 (cuz i learned more info on Cards, so I might have to X that out :0)
-- They are illusions to make others think they're just wings, but they will morph out of that state and will move around
- Her eye-shape looks like she's sad, but she rarely is ever sad
- Don't make her mad... she won't be afraid to crush you with her mallet
- Protect this cinnamon roll ;w;
