I think her expression and thus reaction to the surroundings is slightly different here. I am note sure if those come from the changes you made in the features, or her expression is indeed different...

I think its just the difference in textures, how high or low-set the brows are between the two. Except for Ysabel's arms being raised, I don't think I changed anything about her expression.
