What should I do?! This isn't good. This isn't good! What do I do?! You had your hands on your head with panic consuming your entire being. Russia had managed to piss Gilbert off enough to start a fight, making you worried and frightened at the same time. No. I need to calm down. Deep breaths, deep breaths. Panicking isn't going to do anyone any good. Let's see.

As you quickly thought of a plan it seemed to be getting worse. From the look on any nearby countries' faces they didn't want to get involved. Was it because of Russia? He was quite a scary fellow if you had to admit that. If you wanted to do anything you had to do it yourself. And that's exactly what you decided to do.

"Stop it both of you!! This is getting out of hand!" you shouted, others giving you a what-are-you-doing look. Ignoring them, you stepped into action.

Not knowing how much danger you were putting yourself in, you squished into the space between them and with each arm pushed them away from each other. They were much stronger than you had ever imagined. Gilbert saw it was you and showed no resistance, but Russia was just the opposite. He got a smirk on his face and yanked you towards him, turning you around and twisting your left arm behind your back up to a point where it felt like it would snap if moved any higher. You didn't move, predicting that if you did there would be terrible consequences.

"Better not move, da? Or else the girl gets it," he demonstrated the "gets it" part by inching your arm higher up your back, making you sream in pain for a few seconds before moving it back down.

"Let her go. She didn't do anyzing wrong!" Gilbert's fists were clenched tightly, almost so much that you swore he would break the skin on his palms.

You secretly devised a plan for escape. Well there is that one spot that's a weakness for all men. I could do that and he should let go of me. But that depends just how mad this guy is.... You itched your head but froze when Russia began to talk again. It unnerved you for some reason. Hearing his voice just made you so terrified, like a deer in headlights.

"Actually, I just remembered something. You deserve to suffer through this," there was a long pause, as if Russia was waiting for Gilbert to say something back to him. "Why, you ask? I don't like you. No. I despise you."

"Vait vhat are you-!" you heard Gil shout before an intense pain shot up your arm.

"You son of a-!" you winced as you were released and pushed into Gil's arms. You held your left forearm in your hand, gritting your teeth to keep from looking like a weakling, a lone tear rolling down your cheek. I heard it crack....it cracked. And it hurts so much. It's definitely broken.....

Russia was already gone by the time you looked back. Gilbert held you in front of him with concern, looking at the arm you were caressing in your other. He didn't have to ask to know what had happened.

"Let's get you to a hospital."

*A few hours later*

You hefted your arm up in front of your face and sighed. It wasn't hurting as bad anymore, but the fact that it had a cast on it was just, well, something you wished would never happen. You didn't particularly enjoy the weight it added on to your arm either. You flexed your fingers and set your arm down in your lap.

"How's it feel?" Gilbert took a seat next to you and set a hand gently on top of the part of the cast that was over your hand.

"Much better than it used to," you leaned your head on his shoulder. "But when you're next to me it drains all the pain away." A blush crept its way onto your cheeks after saying this.

Gilbert's face was most likely red like yours too, and he just smiled. You felt his arm wrap around your shoulder and a kiss being planted on the side of your head. You grinned and closed your eyes for a few minutes. You know, this isn't so bad. The only thing I'm worried about is how I'm going to explain this to (roomate's name).

"Hey Gil? I need your help with something," you lifted up your head and viewed his facial expression, which was one of calmness and behind that was happiness.

"Vhat is it?" he wondered.

"I need an excuse for my arm. So I can explain it to my roomate when I get home," you put on a smug smile and stared out the window. "Think you can help me think of one?"

"How about you say you fell down a flight of stairs?" it was obvious he didn't really think about that one.

"People use that too often. I need something she'd buy. We can say we were playing football. American football I mean. A lot of people get injuries from that game," you shrugged.

"Vhat about a car crash? It's simple and believeable," he suggested.

"True. But who's car was it?" you needed specifics in order to make it more convincing.

"A friend's. Not mine, just zink of a name."

"Alright. Have I ever told you that I think your accent is awesome?" you complimented randomly.

"You really zink so? Your not bad. I might just have to keep you around more often zen," Gilbert chuckled and ended with a smirk upon his face.

"Haha I don't know if you can handle my awesomeness though," you teased.

"Of course I can. After all I'm awesome myself, remember?"
