Description
Art request (feels more like a gift) forIt's her character Elliot Femke Rochelle from her original story Taciturn Galaxy (had a bit of trouble figuring out what TG stood for xD). I found her to be a very cute character and her name is so lovely though she doesn't seem to receive enough attention. So I decided to draw her. I also like her eye patch. xD;
I had no idea what to do for the background, so I just went with something simple. But just recently, I found her biography on Eimu's website and learned more about her a little too late. xD;;
So, a bit more experimenting on the colouring. I used a new brush style ~Sillyselly showed me few days ago just to try it out. I'm pretty sure I got the anatomy wrong but had no ideas for a pose during the time. xD;;;

ahhh you should give it a try! use some references~ or go simple with flat or near flat colours. clouds are basically a lot of circles together xD;

I looooooove this picture, but it kind of startles me. You see, I have lived a relatively sheltered life as far as girls are concerned, so seeing a girl with an eyepatch is like "HUH?" I do the same thing whenever I see a girl my age cussing--like I said, I've been sheltered.

Well um, since I was "sheltered" I have this idea of girls being these flawless people that never have any visible "imperfections" (like scars or eyepatches) who also never swear. So even though I myself can cuss bad enough to put a drill Sargent to shame, I always do a double-take whenever I hear a girl swear.
