I changed the title too because you have to agree that "Invasion" didn't fit well since it doesn't show much action.Original Info: "I've been wanting to paint something like this in a while. I know it might seem as if these warriors would die by a heat stroke! Think about it for a sec, have some thoughts about the future. What if these uniforms have some sort of cooling system running underneath? I mean technology is getting smaller by the years, I've read about a new lcd tv thats about 2-3 centimeters thick. I am pretty sure our soldiers in the future will be able to do things like no other
Might do a in-helmet hud painting sometime, should be fun with all of this idea that's flowing in my head.

there are already cooling systems like what you describe. The only problem is that the current ones just don't tend to stand up to the wear and tear of a warzone

Nice work! The soldiers look like something you might see on the battlefield in a year or so, what with the equipment they are packing(Is that a custom m4 variant I see? Or a SAW with a clip? Cant really tell...)
(An its funny, you mentioned in your description something about a cooling system, well a friend of mine an me decided to draw up some schematics for a cooling system in some armor sorta like that about a month ago! Just caught me as funny that you would mention something like it...)

And about the heat stroke thing, we manage well with more gear than that as it is. We don't have any fans in our equipment now. You would be surprised how well you can handle 130 F heat in 80+ Lbs of gear when you have to. Fans would be nice though.[link]
