Yes, I could It's easy. The only that doesn't look like it was made in ms paint was the friends section. I would suggest him to do more with the tables, about me, and so on sections so it looks more alive, and also needs more detail.

No I don't, If someone told me that my layout looked like it was made in MS Paint and they meant it, and not trying to be an ass. That would motivate me to work on it, by adding detail, rollovers, etc... I'm just stating the facts bro, and there's no need to get mad ok. If I wanted to be an ass I will by saying everything that is wrong with the layout, but I haven't and i haven't made fun of it, cause I think this dude has potential and can create something really good if he takes his time and learns from tutorials.

The rights for the design (PSD format) would be £10 ($19 USD) but that is jus fo the desing as i am too bus to code right now, so you could get someone else to code it or wait for a month or so untill we are less busy!
