This is Dialga from Pokemon, the legend of Pokemon Diamond.On my game, my Dialga's name is RagnarΓΆk *Norse Mythology for the end of all humans and Gods*
He ADORES ME! I ADORE HIM!
This one was a fun one to do, especially on doing the light blue centers with the glitter effect. that makes him look like a LEGEND!
