You know I always thought that Penny's hair color was more of a light brunette or dirty blonde of some sort. Well you couldn't really tell in the movie. Everyone has different guesses on hair colors.

Aw! I love those two! In 'Hairspray: The Roots' they have this timeline of what happened (in the story) before and after the time span of the film and Seaweed and Penny get married, go to law school together, and both become Supreme Court Justices.
