Autism was never the first thought that makes into my mind when watching your art. I read the description and you're title and I am also very much unaware of Autism other than a few things. To me it seemed liked a random man thinking/dreaming about sheep (sorry if they are clouds) and a lot of other things.
I love the colour combination, I think this art is great and belongs some where in children's books

- ♣ Do you like it in general ? Not my cup of tea, sorry
- ♣ What do you like the most ? Nothing in particular :/
- ♣ Do you like the coloring style ? It's a basic and flat one no I don't have an opinion.
- ♣ Do you think that the concept/composition is original ? Yes

This is definitely interesting. I'm kinda leaning towards agreeing with Kunichi when it comes to using illustrator for a design like this. Mainly because it's suppose to be for a t-shirt. I'm a graphic designer myself and I understand your frustrations about getting the hang or AI, but you should really learn how to use it you're planning to create more t-shirt designs like this. And once you do understand it better I'm almost positive you'll love it.
Anyways the design and concept is really nice! I love the colors, especially on the triangles, the only thing I would suggest is if you do anything else like this, vary the line weights ever so slightly though, it'll really give your piece some impact!

3 things I like about the piece:
-A very creative concept
-The triangles you made reminds me of colour prisms, it seems to reflect the environment around the chid
-the fact that you draw smiley face on each cloud, very adorable
1 thing you might improve:
I suppose you draw this by hand and scan it to the computer? the image doesn't look very clean when zoomed in. I can see small dots everywhere on the white space. It would be nice if you can traced it over on the computer, or use the hightlight tool in photoshop over those white areas.

It's an interesting design, but the first thing I notice is that you're lines aren't really smooth. And with a design like this were it looks like you want them to generally be smooth, you should work on that. While you might want shapes to look odd, it can be detracting to see wobbly lines. I would suggest making this in Adobe Illustrator so you could make a vector. (also, much easier to smooth lines) With a vector, you could infinitely change the size of the image, and not lost any resolution.
