Description
Here's a coloured version of 'The Innkeeper's Daughter'. ^^ This is Neona Anstice from BSSM Mystique, and the truth is, she is NOT the innkeeper's daughter. More of his niece, but he treats her like a daughter.
I realised this piece looks extremely ODD without a background, so I decided to put one in (plus some sugary wings...

It's very well done! The shading and the highlight effects are very good! But... her legs (below the knees) are a little long... but it's awesome, anyway ^^

*le gasp* OMG! however many times you've heard that it has to be the initial reaction. Aside from how good it is it's what's so good about it that you must be told.
Your stylization!!!! You rock just based off the fact that you can do something that has this personal touch to it. Too many artists out there simply reproduce work, and to take something and toss an anime quality to it yet still manage to personify your style is just beyond gorgeous! ALl in all it's a beautiful piece, I could tell you how awesome your composition and colour are, plus your line weight and variation but your stylization rules! I have to go and check out some more of your stuff now

I'm really sorryfor critisizibng your picture.but I don't it that fantastic as everyone else. It's sure cute, but there are some numerous mistakes.
her ear appears to be fitted right behind her eyes, something that would look very strange on a real person.
You have used a bit to much tones and elements in the picture, which all attract attention, thus risking that one doesn't pay attention to any of them.
The contrasts of the contures are strong, but your characters internal contrasts are low in comparison to the background and the silhouette.
Then - something that relies much upon the contrast - the depth in the picture is very high. As an example, the thigh seems to be bulging inwards. Otherwise it seems as if the picture consists of two 2 dimesional pictures layed upon each other.
Well. That's all.
Keep up the good work. I can see that you have put down alot of work on this piece, but you have to work with the underlying structures and thoughts as well.
