Name: Chione (Ki-O-neh)

Age: 12, approximately

Gender: No specific gender, identifies as female.

Species: Necrofriggian(Bigchill)/human hybrid (Like that hasn't been done before :9 )

Personality: She prefers her space and likes to be on her own, and she can't really socialise very well, her isolation from humanity in general makes her seem a little cold and unfriendly. But she does mean well.

History: Like all humans, Chione was first an unfertilised gamete, or an egg. However, unlike most humans, she was 'stolen' from a hospital by scientists, who were inspired by the world famous hero Ben Ten and wanted to experiment creating the 'ultimate' human. Necrofriggians were selected because of their tolerance in extreme temperatures. So DNA from a coughunsuspectingcough specimen was spliced into the egg and was grown artificially.

This was, of course all done illegally, so soon a plumber squad was sent to their location. After the security personnel were all taken down, Chione was discovered floating in a capsule in a small room at the back, along three others like her, all spliced with different aliens.

A baby at the time, she was released and was later adopted by one of the squad members, who also happened to be the donor of the Bigchill DNA. He was the one who gave Chione her name.

The pair live in Antarctica, where they live a isolated lifestyle.

Powers and abilities: She has all the powers of a normal Necrofriggian, and is resistant to extreme temperatures, though not as much as Borealis. She also has all the weaknesses.

Her powers are:

Frost Manipulation: She can freeze things with her breath and create ice from her hands.

Enhanced Strength: She is strong enough to twist iron bars. But she tends to eat through her fork as a result.

Intangibility: She doesn't known how to do this, but she knows she can. That makes it even more frustrating.

Flight: She feels very exposed when her wings are open. 'Cause...well...its like taking off clothes after wearing them since you were born.

Weakness: There is Psycholeopterrans, or hypnoticks (see Malefactor, Ben Ten Omniverse) and fire will melt her ice. Electricity will also hinder her flying, so she really dislikes lightning and storms.
