I don't know a ton about it, but it's when a character ages backwards, sometimes instantly and sometimes over a long time, until they're about baby/toddler age.

now i know it dosent really matter but i think that sakura used to have long hair when the how first started ( i may be rong, and if so just ignor this completly haha) so i was wondering if you ever done something like this again would you make her hair longer when she is much younger?

No, you're right- she had long hair at first. I think it was short until she was nine or something, or whenever she heard that Sasuke liked girls with long hair (going by flashback episodes here) so I tried to make her hair a little longer when she was about eleven; I probably should have made it longer, but she's supposed to be at like a year before the show's start here.
