So here is a rough tutorial (I am not really good at throwing them together ), this is how I create each of my comic pages.

There are tons of different ways to do it, and as you start to work on your own comic you will probably find other ways to make things work for you.

I highly recommend studying published comics as well, take a critical look at how they put together a page, why they place things the way they do, etc.
