Random test as it is the first time animating on PS elements. Probably can't even call it an animation X3 but just wanted to see how it turned out. I am working on a picture that includes animation though

It is qualified as an animation. The stick is moving isn't it? XD (cat's tail, I dunno... XD)
Very good first try, if you want it smoother add frames in between the frames you got. The more frames in between, smoother it gets. ^w^
