School may be back, but I'm drawing while I still can. BDApparently, I still am not over that codec conversation.
Without the rest of the conversation drawn out...Otacon looks/sounds... creepier than intended.... I SERIOUSLY DIDN'T MEAN IT. D; I only wanted to draw out the comic for that hurrplz face.
Sorry for the ugly watermark. ._.; I'm... feeling paranoid today.

Ahh in MGS2 She was busy during the Tanker Incident, leaving Otacon a cheat-sheet for deciphering Chinese proverbs every time Snake wanted to save. However, this plan did not work out as Otacon kept misinterpreting the translations, leaving an annoyed Mei Ling to correct one of the proverbs to Snake.
