I used a lensbaby here, it`s a manual focus, a bit tricky to get things sharp anyway

Thank you very much for this link! I know this site too, but I didn't know that article. It's true, I always struggle with the sharpness of my pictures and don't have the courage to load up something I like but what is blurry. You often get declined on da for that.

Groups that decline for lack of sharpness - indeed. Such groups I leave! I think my work gets much less exposure, but I post what I want up, and some people are nice about it. I am a 'finder' of images, rather than a 'maker', and so am generally working in very sub-optimal conditions. But I grab what I can - even at 1600 or 3200 ISO, and handheld, on the fly.
I suspect that if HCB were to submit to half of the street folders here, he would be declined too!
