So I think this has about everything a reference sheet needs.
I made this fairly quickly... Or well, it would have taken a lot longer had I done my usual kind of lineart, but I opted for the speedy way of doing lineart.

Fear Being trapped
Hobby Abigail enjoys committing crimes, and it is her hobby. Breaking and entering to steal a few things simply for the thrill of it is one of her favourite pastimes. She's also addicted to phone app games.
Personality Abigail is notoriously difficult to get to know. She’s practically hostile towards strangers and at least acts like she couldn’t care less about what anyone thinks of her. She’s salty and sarcastic with plenty of sharp comments to whip out at any moment.

Underneath all the arrogant remarks, snorts and eyerolls, she is a very insecure fox who’d rather bare her teeth than open her arms. She is a spy, and as such, she trusts no one. Cares for no one. There is most likely a kind animal somewhere deep inside of her, but no one has reached that deep for many, many years.
History Where the bright lights of Zootopia couldn’t reach, that is where Abigail grew up. Most never speak of the Zootopia slums, and not only because they’re mainly underground, but because they don’t want to. They turn a blind eye to the dark narrow alleys where thugs and thieves gut each other in the night. It was a place full of animals no one truly cared for, even if the police on principle did clear out some of the rabble every now and then, in order to keep up appearances.
Born underground, Abigail didn’t see the light of day more than a few minutes every week before she was five. It wasn’t anything strange, it wasn’t because her mother was cruel. Her mother was a troubled soul who only lived for her daughter. Fearful of the authorities and criminals equally, Abigails’ mother kept her in the dark. Apparently her father had ticked off a lot of animals and had met his end shortly after Abigail was born. That wasn’t enough however, they wanted his family as well. Thus Abigail was kept hidden by her mother, often stuffed into small boxes, holes and barrels for many desperate and fearful hours at a time, all the way until she was twelve, when her mother succumbed to her inner demons.
Abigail started on her own path. No one knew who she was, not for real. That was how well her mother had kept her hidden. She’d taken her mothers’ maiden name to erase any family bonds with her father, and was able to get on fairly well. She did odd work here and there, making enough money to get by. She never let herself get too known, because being known meant being a target. She never, ever, wanted to be a target.
After a bit of thievery went wrong, she ended up in a jail cell. With all the painful memories of confinement - even if they were brought on by love - she was desperate to get out. Claustrophobic and stressed out of her mind, she eventually most likely managed to nag or persuade the officers that she’d be more valuable as an informant on the streets than in a cell.
Abigail has been an informant ever since, and doesn’t exactly enjoy the occupation. However, it keeps her free and on the streets, which is all she wants.
