QUIRK
Orochi is able to produce a variety of substances in his body. He is can produce all substances that exists naturally in the body (adrenaline, dopamine ect), as well as any chemical ones he's previously consumed (such as a variety of poisons). These substances can then be injected into any living creature through his nails, which grow sharp and pointed, much like thick needles. He can also inject the substances through his teeth, which also grow sharp. This is something he never does because it makes him look like a vampire. He hates the thought of people calling him one.

Orochi is able to switch freely between what substances he's using, even as far as being able to have a different one in each finger. However, how much he's able to produce in a day is a fixed amount. If he runs dry, it takes about 24 hours for him to be fully 'recharged'.

His quirk has no physical or mental drawbacks, except for the fact that he's been 'forced' to consume poisons in order to use them with his quirk as a weapon. Luckily the organisation he works for has a rather skilled healer who can make sure he survives even the most horrific poisons.

He can inject himself with for example adrenaline to give himself a boost in battle.

He keeps the exact amount he can produce tightly under wraps. No one knows but him.

PERSONALITY
Calm. Composed. Calculative. Orochi is a sadist by all means, but with his polished outer appearance and mellow demeanor one wouldn't think so when meeting him. He's entirely capable of being polite and even somewhat pleasant in conversation. On the surface he's a very matter-of-fact kind of person, but his glee and enjoyment in connection to the misery and suffering of others does shine through every now and then.

As a scientist, he's always trying new things, new theories and taking notes. There's no experiment he'd shy away from. In fact, he can often go out of his way to make his experiments and tests as painful and horrific as possible. However, he'd never do anything that would compromise his actual results; he IS a self-respected scientist after all.

FIGHTING PERSONALITY
Orochi is not a very physical person and avoids a straight up fight, at least against those known for their strength. If he does ens up in a fight he will use his intelligence and ability to think on the fly to get close enough to his opponent to incapacitate them using his quirk.
Even if a fight is not going according to plan, he doesn't lose his cool.

Where Orochi is, there is at least one Subject nearby. He usually forces them to fight for him or serve as decoys to ensure his own escape.

BACKSTORY
Orochi used to be a diligent student back when he was young. His dream was to become a world-leading researcher in the field of quirk genetics. It had been a fascination of his since he was just a child; what are quirks? What are the applications? What can we control about them? How can we affect what quirk a child develops? And most importantly; could we ever create artificial quirks?

Incredibly bright, Orochi was able to join a top private school. He was always at the top of his class and advanced quicker than all others. He was record young when he did his master degree project; a study on arranged quirk marriages and the children produced from said arrangements. However, the across the board beneficial results rubbed people the wrong way. He was reprimanded for throwing such a positive light on something that's considered unethical and downright criminal; the reasoning behind it being that his results could inspire even more to walk down that immoral path.

His still went through with publishing the paper on his own, which led fairly immediately to his expulsion from the program. He was shunned by the scientific community and unable to get his license for further studies and support.

However, while most held distaste for his work, a particular organisation took notice. They took this young man of 16 years in and fed his fascination and ambitions. They indulged him, praised him and guided him down the path of darkness. Orochi was more than willing to walk down it.

Today he is the lead scientist for the laboratory in which the organisation he works for conducts their studies and experiments. There are other scientists as well, but they answer to him. He answers to someone else. Someone higher up.
