That means no one but him can make use and modifications of the OC's from above (only with his permission). The characters while they were designed by me, the creative idea for the characters such as personality and what clothing should look like is responsability of its owner, so they basically just have my personal touch according to what I depicted them in the descriptions provided c: except for Michael, Milo, Richard and Ryan which were designed entirely by me.
