I got drakenguard 1 at a convention about 2 weeks ago, as soon as I beat skies or arcadia it's the next game I play.

sadly I never got to beat skies of arcadia because the game was broken and wouldn't load past a certain point...

ooh thanks for reminding me of odin sphere...I started making a list of things I wanted to fan art and that was missing. It was a fun game but really laggy when there were lots of monsters around...

i can't even remember the plot it's been so long. I do remember the way it had animated art in fights was really cool. thinking about it makes me want to look into getting a new copy. c:
actually before that I should beat muramasa. I just stopped midway through that because pokemon x and y came out and i just forgot to pick it back up

vanillaware has some very artsy games. Kamitani is definitely one of my favorite videogame artists.

Yea it is a hack n slash but muh friend claims it was fun regardless. I cant give an informed opinion because I haven't tried it!

hey, coming back to this to let you know I DID start Drakenguard 1. And you know what? IT'S TERRIBLE. Oh my GODDDD it's the most boring repetitive game I've ever seen on a ps2. And even the dragon riding parts that you'd think would be fun are EVEN WORSE.
I hope 3 is fun, b/c 1 is an absolute disaster. HOW DID IT EVEN GET A SEQUEL!? 
Nier is good tho. I love Nier.
