What program did you use to make this, and how did you do it?

this stuffs mad old. Glad you like it, but it's like MS-paint-1995 tier stuff to me.
I used Krita, but I forget what brushes I used... I would not recommend doing it this way.

if I was following this video I would be using wet brushes, blower tools, smudge tools, and airbrushes.
