Description
A longlong description of everything I think you could use when drawing dragon heads from the side-view.The next part - dragons head from the front-view PLUS dragon eyes, stay tuned.

I've actually printed this bit off and I keep it in my sketchbook XD! I plan on doing that with the other sections, too *dork*.

Okay, me done with exams, so me is going to do something for you. If there's something more you think I could show on this image [like scales on the face -i don't really like that much of work, but ohwell, it's not for my sake- and so on].
By the way, the new skull works like this: the skull has a large opening for the nose - I'll also show it from the front, it'll be better visible, how it works.
Also I've fixed the position of the jaws and the size of vertebras.
And a little change of plans - to let you know all the basics first, the tutorial is planned to have these sections:
1a: Dragon Heads
1b: Answering questions to Dragon Heads + details
2a: Dragon skeleton
2b: as 1b, only concerning skeletons, you get the point.)
3a: Dragon musculature
3b: as 1b ...
4a: Complete Dragons
5a: Dragon Movement
6a: Combat
7a: Dragon Expression + Ethology
First, I'm going to do all the A stuff and then add the B to satisfy those who have questions. So. Any questions?

I figured out I really messed up the skull... had to be really out of my conscious mind whern I drew that, sorry, will be repaired in the second part, which is coming up... ummm... right after I'm through with biology exams!

I've always been terrible at drawing dragons but wanted to learn to draw them good. I have not found a good tutorial explaining things until now.
I was a bit scared when i saw how small the text was but luckily i remembered that Opera has a zoom function
