This is beautiful and stunning, and just the kind of painting that I love to look at. The aesthetic is just... so flowery and sweet and elegant. There are so many things this painting does right that it'd be pointless to list them all. I'm sure the rest of dA will let you know all about it 
The only two things I could point to for 'improvement' would be the umbrella and the expression of the silver haired. Tilting the umbrella even just a bit would make it look more natural, since a straight-forward angle is rarely seen IRL. It could be a stylistic choice, but with the 'natural' organic quality of the rest of the image, I don't think it quite works, especially since it's a 'mistake' that I see a lot in drawings.
The silver-haired individual is stunning, but the expression seems quite bland and black-eyed. It could be passed off as pensive, but even then I think it could have been done a bit better (half-lidded eyes, head tilted toward the umbrella or upwards, etc.), or I think something a little more intentional could have been done with it. It doesn't tell me anything about this person, or add much to the mood.
I love all the details, the soft but vibrant colors, and that classic 'watercolor' look. The white wisps trailing over the back of the purple-haired figure look really impressive.
