Description Yayyyyyy...Influence map!

I have been feeling quite discouraged with my drawings lately (I feel like I'm just not improving...), so I did this to remind myself why I started drawing in the first place.

Lol I think when you look at my influence map it's easy to see how I developed my current drawing style... I absolutely adore the artworks of the artists here...They express so much with their work.

I'm also influenced/ inspired by nature photography. is among my favourite photographers here <3.

Also not forgetting all the people I watch

And yes updates:
- I'm currently working on some Katekyo Hitman Reborn fanart (It's my 2nd fandom after all...)
- I'm thinking of starting a Sasuke-related project soon...

IΒ΄ll definitely take a closer look at some of those artists.
As a fan of Final Fantasy, IΒ΄m absolutely in love with Amano-sanΒ΄s artworks.


And I definitely recognize the influence in your artwork now that I look at this.

I have one of Amano's artbooks!

The artbook is full of lush, beautiful illustrations And I received a free poster along with it, which was a pleasant surprise! The poster is absolutely beautiful

You must buy at least one of his artbooks XD

Oh man, I don't think I'd be able to pick. Hmm...

I think first is Shou-Tajima (leading by, what? a step? XD) and Takehiko Inoue in close second place. The types of colors you use seem to be light and nice, just like the pictures you put up of them are.

It's really amazing to see how much they've influenced your art. <3

Interesting observation!

Shou Tajima and Takehiko Inoue influence my drawing style a lot, particularly my style of drawing males. Colour-wise, I love Yoshitoshi Abe's style, and also his way of drawing females (I love girly girls!! ). I just hope to be good as my influences...

I've been feeling exactly the same way; I just have no inspiration. I have ideas and I have tons of things I need to draw, but I just can't muster up the energy to get it together and do it. Your influences look so cool though! I don't know any of these artists, but their artwork looks really good. Keep your spirits up and I love Katekyo Hitman Reborn!!! I can't wait to see your fan art or your Sasuke- related project as well. Take care dear!

It's so hard when you have no inspiration/ energy for art right? But once you get out of the slump, everything will be better I hope you will, soon.

I've been following the artists above for soooo long. I have bought artbooks by several artists above, and I have to say their art is even better when held in your hand <3. They inspire me so much!

Yeah! Actually, I just got an idea, so I'm actually painting right now!

It's great that you have such artistic inspiration. I don't really have anyone special; if I see an artwork I think looks good, sometimes I'll get ideas from the artwork, but mostly I get inspiration from things I see in everyday life. But I really like Hiyao Miyazaki and Lily (a Japanese fan artist who draws lots of Naruto fan art. OMG, her boys look soooo pretty! ). People here are really inspiring too!

I do like KHR. A lot. I really like all the characters because they're so different and each of them are cool in their own different ways. I love Tsuna because he's sooo cute and his Hyper Dying Will Mode looks fantastic. I really like Yamamoto because he looks so... I love his eyebrows; he looks happy all the time. I like Lambo's voice and Reborn's adult form. Hibari... enough said. The fight sequences and action as well as the detailed, twisted plot make the story interesting. Yup, I like it a lot!

I know Lily! Her Itachi is drop-dead gorgeous, right? Her colouring skills are mad, too.

True, Hibari....enough said . My favourite character is Gokudera though.

I really would love to learn how to draw males well, so sometimes I look at her work for inspiration. Her artwork is just too good!

Gokudera's awesome! I love his hair and he's so loyal. I really like the characters in KHR; that's probably why I like the anime/manga so much.
