XD This is somehow sexual and yet tamer than other pictures of Luna with breasts I've seen.

You did a good job on the color for the most part. The socks and pillow though don't mesh well with Luna's subdued blues/indigos/purples. They distract and pull attention away from the focus of the piece (Luna herself).
A better choice for the socks would have been to have the sky a dark blue, similar to Luna's coat but darker and a little more contrast (somewhere between navy blue and black), while the clouds would be a deep purple accented by silver moons. As for the pillows, I would have taken Luna's coat color and increased the contrast by a tad.
