"I had let my hair down one day during the sunrise, while my horse, a young bay Thoroughbred, wasn't looking. When he turned around, the look of upmost deception and numbed fear overcame him. He was frozen in terror, every muscle outlined in twitching anticipation. His mane tousled in the breeze, hinted with the slightest flecks of orange sunlight only gave me glimpses of his wide uncertain eyes.

It was in that moment that I remembered something very crucial about the limited memory capacity of my horse, and that overdoing that capacity has grave consequences.

He had forgotten who I was.

We stared eachother down for several minutes.
"Kurt," I said, "It's me. Remember? I've known you for like 6 months."

He was impossible to reason with. His mental capacity was far beyond it's normal limitations. Everything around him was turning into a void of mind-melting horror.

So he did the only thing a horse COULD do.
He farted and ran away."
