Symbolism: GLaDOS's "arms" are now free from her "straightjacket".

they just looked weirdly posed
they must've been crossed on her chest to symbolize a straightjacket i think...

They were "tied" to the ceiling to symbolize that she was trapped, but now her "arms" are "untied" symbolizing that she is free.
