Nah, she will be ok, in episode where Twilight was researching Pinki Pie abilitys to predict incomming danger, she was smashed by door like 6 times, crushed by anvil and alot heavy stuff, and had a run for her life from 4 head hydra.

I can also mention that most of door accidents were Spike fault too.
