i know the feeling, though, i did a 'ice queen' shoot back in december wearing a short skirt and spaghetti straps in about ten cm of snow when it was about 28 degrees f (-2 degrees c) O_O. i sank into freezing mud up to my ankles getting a shot where i was leaning over a frozen waterfall pretending i was creating icicles... worth it?.....

I think you're confusing the C and F or maybe I didn't make it clear enough.
I can't even use my camera well below 50 degrees F/10 degrees C, so I can imagine how you felt.
It did make for an especially interesting photo. As Chevy Chase said in Christmas Vacation: "it's a bit nipply outside."
