Compliments to the makeup artist *Anonymous543 [link]
One hates to be the lone naysayer, but I like to be truthful in my critiques. You as a the model are as handsome as ever. My problem is with how the photo was either taken or post processed.
Burnout is artistic, but massive blowout seldom is. I realize this is a common effect done by many, but in my years in the industry, I never saw a photo like this get used commerciallyβthe blowout is too extreme.
The problem is that the dynamic range has been taken to such an extreme that on the light side of the body almost all detail is lost to the effect. [ I would rather see you in more detail. ]
The trick in doing this effect successfully is to get very high dynamic range without loss of all detail, which can be done with HDRI.
In a commercial application, if the blowout is not camera based, detail can be pulled-out in production processing, but if it is camera based, nothing can be done other than to paint in detail, which most won't be bothered with.
Typically, the photographer would shoot this with minimal blowout, then in post processing, would push the dynamic range most of the way up to the final desired point, but would isolate the highlights first to preserve the details. Then the dynamic range is stepped up, as the highlight zone is shrunk in steps (prevents banding). The final output would have some peak blowout, with some detail tapering on a smooth tonal gradation.
Well I hope this is not unwelcome.

I appriecate the comment but this is seriously white noise to me. I have no say of how the editing process of my photos are done.

Gotdang dude! X'D That's freakin' sweet! Hmm, well can you give me a range from shortest to longest time frame it would take for it to come off, please? Hmm...you just gave me a devious idea, my friend.
Since I don't want permanent tattoos BUT I want long-lasting ones I think I shall sharpie myself. So thanks for the idea!

I must say, I love how the scratches on your torso just creep out from the darkness and onto the whiteness of your skin. ^.^ Props for coolness.
