That's a hard question to answer. I love fleece and it loves me but a lot of other people I know say they have a hard time with seams or with wrinkles-- two things that fleece is NOT forgiving about. It also gets visibly lumpy if you're not good with the stuffin'.
If you're picking fleece over fur for cost or how easy it is to work with, you're not picking it for the right reason. Use it because it compliments whatever you are trying to do.
