Now this is a fight of Sith Lord's I'd love to see happen.
Darth Malgus vs Darth Vader.
Malgus is basically like The Darth Vader of KoTOR.
A Powerful Fighting Machine with a Strategic Mind and Extremely Powerful in The Darkside and honestly...I think he only lost the way he did due to Plot Reasons. XD My Guess is The Creators realized just how much of a big bad he was becoming and had to kill him off before he became probably stronger than Vader.
Hell, if I'm honest. He's probably stronger than Vader already prior to his death, course that's just me.
In terms of raw strength, I'd wager the two are evenly matched, hell, Malgus may actually be stronger given that his limbs are flesh and blood and he could probably channel the Force into them, to give him that extra leverage whereas with Vader...well he's pretty much a Torso, making his connection with The Force a bit weaker.
In terms of Force Abilities...that's a bit tougher to say, Vader's feats are indeed Impressive (Most Impressive) But again, due to his lack of flesh and blood limbs, his connection with The Force was greatly severed...much like his limbs. XD
In terms of durability. I'd say they may be equal but Malgus get's a few extra points in that regard cause given he was able to take Being Force Pushed (And I don't mean those light Force pushes we see in the movies, I mean Force PUSHED like getting hit by a Freaking Train) Into a hill side and pretty much pulled himself out of it, taking another force push before the third one I believe finally slammed him into the mountain, he walked out of there with only His Lungs Damaged.
Vader would probably do the same thing but I doubt the machines keeping him alive would be able to.
For Speed, no contest, I give that to Malgus, he's not a torso weighed down by heavy mechanical limbs and he has far more range of motion, Vader can't even lift his arms above his head, Malgus can.
Not to mention, in terms of being plain evil.
I'd dare say Malgus probably wins in that regard too.
Malgus is a bad guy in pretty much every way, the only time he ever seemed like there was "good" in him, was when he fell in love with his Female Twi'lek companion, whom he had saved from slavery (Rather ironic given in his youth he had killed a female twi'lek slave for the fun of it) and the two fell in love and practically were married.
But Malgus one day realized that this love was holding him back from his full potential and so, he killed her. Stating That the heartache would only Fuel his Rage and Hatred and make him even Stronger with The Darkside.
Vader still had a tiny bit of light in him that thanks to Luke, was able to burst forth like a wild fire.
But Malgus...Whoo boy he ain't being turned to the Lightside anytime soon. XD
But, there's one other thing that gives Malgus an advantage over Vader.
Vader's one Weakness.
Deadpool: LE GASP! SAND?!?!
Me: (Face palms) No dumbass, Force Lightning and Force Maelstrom.
Deadpool: Oooooh...yeah, Vader's fucked. XD
Me: XD More than likely, if this was a Vader without all that obvious machinery keeping him kicking, the fight would most likely be in his favor. But since he's pretty much a walking dead man and a Lightning Rod....yeah. I give this fight to Malgus.
Deadpool: You should a Death Battle about this, or heck, make a XNA comic about it.
Me: If my skills and patience with making XNA comics ever improves, sure. But there's plenty of Death Battle Writers out there who could take care of it.
Deadpool: Fair point.
Me: Keep in mind folks, this is all just me fanboying over Malgus who has quickly become My Favorite Sith Lord and with very little knowledge on just how powerful Malgus is...the latter being that there's sadly not a whole lot of info on him or feats out there outside of the games. So don't blow a gasket over My opinion.
Anyways Fave/Comment and Have An Awesome Day Everyone.

SO AWESOME!!!
Vader has read a war journal by Malgus, as show in Book of Sith: Secrets of the Dark Side, so that should give him an edge.

No problem.
You can always rely on my research.

The funny thing is that Vader owns a book that Malgus wrote and Sidious even wanted Vader to be as much like Malgus as possible.

"Malgus may actually be stronger given that his limbs are flesh and blood and he could probably channel the Force into them, to give him that extra leverage whereas with Vader...well he's pretty much a Torso, making his connection with The Force a bit weaker."
Β Personally I don't put much stock in that whole 'loss of tissue weakened his connection to the Force' thing. Yoda states in Episode V "luminous beings are we, not this crude matter." Besides, if biomass was so important then how is Yoda so much more powerful than so many other Force-users when he is smaller than them?
Β Anyway, GREAT work here, this is a really cool artwork. While this would be an amazing battle, I'd also like to see how a conversation between them would go. In "Star Wars: Book of Sith" Vader comments on how he shared many of Malgus's views and opinions, such as a belief in the purity of direct combat and contempt for underhandedness. Vader was also curious about Malgus's relationship with Eleena but never learned how it ended. Β Β

To be fair, that was before we learned that Vader was mostly machinery. At the time, many assumed it was just his hand that was cybernetic and the problem with making Prequels to set up The Originals is that sometimes ya screw it up.
Thanks.

Okay. Now I think I understand, and respect Malgus just a little more. That guy really is sith material.

I know a game show called Incredible Games. There one game were have to play chess with a knight called the Dark Knight he sort of looks little like Darth Vader and even breaths like him too.

Sort of looks like how Darth Vader would have been like if he was a character in Lord of the Rings of Game of Throws. XD
