It may be kinda obvious as to why Spawn's immune to The Anti Living Virus, he's kinda undead already. Thor on the other hand? Besides being a God, a little tid bit into The Guardian-Verse. Zombing causing Viruses like The Anti Living Virus and The Hunger Virus from Marvel Zombies are seen as foreign bodies when entering The Guardian-Verse, the Guardian-Verse itself knows this and has developed an Immunity if you will to such things, so even if those viruses were to become an actual thing in The Guardian-Verse, as in originate from it, once again it'd be met with the same thing.

In Other Words Plot Armor to the max. XD Cause clearly it doesn't exist in those universes. lol At least I'm trying to make it more reasonable but this is the best I got right now.
