The other artworks I found on Google Images, not sure where some of them came from but I know that Nibroc-Rock did the image of UI Sonic. At least the model anyway. Well, onto the transformations.

1,2 and 9: Keyblade Armor forms for Sora, Kairi and Riku. Makes sense don't it?

3 and 4: Super Sonic Blue and Super Sonic Red are forms accessible to Time Patrol Sonic, not to be confused with Zonic The Hedgehog. Shadow also has access to these forms, however his latest one differs from Time Patrol Sonic's. Super Sonic/Shadow Red and Blue are when these Hedgehogs gained access to God Ki. Granting them these forms.

5: Ultra Ego Shadow The Hedgehog.

6: UI/MUI Sonic, granted the powers of Ultra Instinct could be accessed by almost anybody if done right. In this case, Time Patrol Sonic gained this power. Whether or not Nexus-Earth 1295 Sonic will remains to be seen.

7: Super Saiyan Elite, originally this fan form was SSJ5 Broly, however I've seen some folks come to call this form Super Saiyan Elite. Whether or not this is a form that will be given to any of the saiyans in The Guardian-Multiverse or is a form belonging to a Saiyan God (An Actual Saiyan God, not a saiyan with God Ki) remains to be seen.

8: Harmonic Sonic, this is a form Sonic The Hedgehog can gain (Sora can also gain this form as well) When The Princesses of Harmony channel their powers into either Sonic or Sora. It's a powerful transformation and when combined with either hero, the powers are enhanced tenfold.

10: Unnamed Fusion of Megaman X and Zero. Not sure how or what to call this fusion form but yeah, X and Zero will be fusing in The G-Verse at some point. Expect to see this form alongside Shadic and Gogeta.
