This scene is based off of this: Guardian-Verse Fact: The Rhedosaurus

This scene is also based in My Shared Crossover Universe, The Guardian-Verse. Where the Rhedosaurus Species still exists.

Just for context. This is a smaller Rhedosaurus. It's been studied that the species reaches adult hood rather early on but will continue to grow in size over a long period of time if they survive long enough. Due to this and to keep the species from causing too much damage they are hunted once they reach a certain height if it hasn't already been killed by beasts like Deviljho, Rajang, Glavenus or others of similar size and power or if it hasn't been made a meal of by Kaiju such as Rodan. It should be noted that while their blood is indeed toxic. Certain animals can devour a Rhedosaurus without any issues. Such as Kaiju like the Aforementioned Rodan or Tyrannosaurus as well as the aforementioned beasts Deviljho who seems to be fueled by their toxic blood. It's blood only makes Deviljho angrier thus making it stronger. Almost like a Vampire however Deviljho's show no interest in blood. They merely consume the Rhedo's toxic blood by accident if they decide to devour their kill.

As for Hunters hunting the creatures. They've developed special potions to help fight off the affects of the blood. While not a cure, it keeps the toxins from seeping into the skin and or eyes or mouth should the blood get on their faces or eyes. Basically acting as a protective seal.

Paleontologists have discovered that The Rhedosaurus may be an ancient cousin of The Modern Day Komodragon. However the latter developing the ability to create toxic saliva rather than toxic blood.
