Suffice to say this is the third time I got lucky finding a Marvel Legends Captain America figure I wanted. Years ago back when Toybiz was making Marvel Legends, I got lucky and found one last Two Pack with Classic Captain America and Red Skull on a shelf at Wal-Mart waaay back in...2005 or 2006 I think. Second time I got lucky was when I found Marvel Now! Marvel Legends Cap at Target, he was the last one on the shelf too.

And then a month ago I got lucky and found Civil Warrior (Who I recently learned was getting a 6inch figure) at Wal-Mart, again, last one on the shelf and of course I nabbed him.

Now this figure...I love and hate it. XDD

I love it cause it's Civil Warrior in action figure form, which I had been hoping for for a long time.

I hate it because of everything else. He has gripping hands, not fist hands, Cap doesn't really need Gripping Hands as an action figure if I'm being honest. They're closed enough that they make a decent pass but still it's a pain in the ass. Oh and of course there's the lack of proper paint apps on him, namely on his hands.

Then there's the Sculpt. Namely the Body Sculpt. While I'm happy to have Civil Warrior in figure form, his body build, or at least the body they used for him is...skinny-ish. He's definitely not bulky like he is in Contest of Champions which is jarring.

Oh and for some reason whenever I move him his legs decide to close together. XD I dunno why.

Overall I am Happy with the figure but also disappointed. It's another one of Marvel Legends Hit or Miss figures. If it's not MCU related, they seem to slack off on their figures, sometimes. Oh well, it's still doable and I'm still happy with it. I will say that the shield is awesome due to the chipping of the paint (Which is normal for this version of the shield) and it clips fairly well onto his arm, I don't wanna mess with it too much though as as my Aforementioned Marvel Now! ML Captain America figure's shield clip broke so I have it connected to his arm via twisty ties.
