While I'm sure Ultron does have some level of resistance to magnetism in the comics. I can't help but think that the heroes and villains are somewhat complacent do to having no adversaries that utilize magnetism. Considering so many characters rely heavily on metal and technology, Magneto could easily prove quite the threat in the MCU...
