IMPORTANT NOTICE! These Models as well as all the others I've Converted only seem to Work in XPS 11.8.9. If they don't work for you then that must mean that you're using an earlier version of XPS. If you are using 11.8.9 and they still don't work then I have no clue what could be the issue as the models work just fine for me. :/

Figured I'd upload this model along with the Ranch Model as well. However if I am contacted by the Modder to take them down then I will.

These models work decently however they need some fixing in terms of textures. Feel free to fix em up and if you want to, reupload the improved versions. Just give proper credits.
