Yes ladies and gents I've managed to port Soundwave to XNA. Good to see the ole Decepticon. He comes with an optional arm cannon however I couldn't make his right arm optional without doing the same to his left arm so unless ya'll want him with an arm cannon but a missing left arm (Which would be good for battle damage scenes I suppose) it wouldn't quite work so I can't fix that unfortunately. XP Help yourselves to fixing it if you're able.
