Long story short. In My Shared Crossover Universe, The Doom Slayer is a Much Older Goblin Slayer after having been transported to a demon realm in which, as just The Goblin Slayer, demonstrated a keen knack for for killing Demons as well as Goblins, should be noted that this was before the demons of that region of hell decided that Cybernetic Enhancements needed to be a thing.

It's not yet known what happened to Goblin Slayer other than his hatred for Goblins soon extended towards Demons and that he some how found himself transported to another version of Earth, where he had lost his memories, became a Marine and soon found himself fighting Demons once again, this time more heavily armed.

(SPOILERS FOR DOOM ETERNAL!!!)

He would then find himself among the Humanoid race known as The Sentinels. There he would grow in strength and power, his memories still foggy however. He does not remember the names of his comrades from his old life but he remembers their faces and that he cared for them. This serves as fuel for why he fights despite his mind now clouded with Rage.

And so the events of Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal play out as they did in the games on this other Earth.

Upon killing the Icon of Sin he would return to the Realm of Hell to start over with slaughtering The Demons of Hell now that their connection to this other Earth had now been severed and they had no way of going there.

It should be noted that almost every version of Earth has an Icon of Sin, this allows these particular Demons to enter other universes. They come from the 656th Level of Hell and given they're a higher level of Hell, they require more complicated ways of entering another world unless summoned by Hell Priests, Icon of Sin or something or someone like Mephisto or Malbogia or Trigon.

Doom Slayer would soon gain new allies in the form of The Guardians of Freedom after, once again, The Demons would attempt to invade another universe, Nexus-Verse 1295. The Demons would find this universe was heavily protected and the resistance against them would be just as fierce as The Doom Slayers own wrath.

Guardian-Verse Fact: Rip and Tear Part 1.

While The Doom Slayer is usually in a blood lusted rage. He knows worthy allies when he sees them, even if some of them share demon blood or demonic appearances of those he hates.

It should be noted that Goblin/Doom Slayer, in his many eons in Hell, had made allies with The Demon Sparda, a fellow demon killer and protector of humanity. As such, Doom Slayer recognizes Sparda's sons and grandsons.

But just because he sees them as allies does not mean he won't kill them if they give him good reason.

And yes, Doom Slayer does in fact know Isabelle and yes, Animal Crossing is a place that actually exists within The Guardian-Verse. More on that at a later date. (Probably sometime today. XD)

After foiling the attempted Demon Invasion of Nexus-Earth, which turned out the demons were actually Fleeing from Doom Slayer as The Doom Slayer by this point, had slaughtered Most of the inhabitants of The 656th Level of Hell (Each level is the size of a Universe) and the demons that were fleeing from him were the last survivors of said level of Hell. This would result in Doom Slayer traveling to other levels of Hell, coming across a rather unusual Level where Demons lived lives similar to those of Humans. Oh he still slaughtered a good chunk of them. But he would come to make...eh, Scared to Death of Him Friends at a Hotel down on the 45th Level of Hell. While Doom Slayer does kill most demons who live on that level of Hell. He was convinced by The Hotel Owner, Charlie, to spare them so that she may attempt to redeem them if possible. He somehow agreed to this but those she failed to redeem he'd kill. So he went on his way to another level of Hell to continue his slaughter.

Aand that's that. XD Yeah, Goblin Slayer becomes The Doom Slayer, meets a bunch of different people and still keeps on killing...interesting life he's had huh? XD

Oh and it should be noted that he is somehow connected to The Witchers, ya know, like Geralt. What this connection is isn't yet specified but he does share a connection with them.
