So I decided to make this little scene here that takes place in my Guardian-Verse. Later on in the series Steve Rogers upon learning his wife Natasha Romanoff is pregnant with their surprise twin babies. He takes a leave of absence in order to be there for his ever growing family. He passes the mantle of Captain America over to Bucky who, while hesitant to take it. Shows why Steve deemed his brother worthy of carrying the mantle. Although for a time many believed it to be temporary.

After the twins, James and Sarah Romanova Rogers are born. Steve decides, much to many people's shock, minus that of his wife. To Retire. Of course The Guardians of Freedom are rather saddened by this news, however it is for good reasons and while he may be retired, his leadership is given when needed.

3 Years later however, Rogers decides to come out of retirement and get back out in the world. Natasha of course would join him. She may be a loving mother and enjoying every moment she has with her new family. But she does miss the action.

Upon hearing this of course, Stark decides to unveil his newest invention.

The Civil Warrior Armor.

Tony knew Cap wouldn't be retired forever even with a family of his own now. He of course decided to make the armor in secret. He even designed a new outfit for Natasha, a suit made out of Vibrainium, a gift from the Black Panther. Safe to say The Black Widow will be a bit deadlier than normal.

Steve of course is a little hesitant about wearing armor though as he says it's not really his style. But when reminded that The Guardians tend to face threats such as Thanos, Darkseid and others. It's best to have an armor that can take hits from them and still keep on going.

Stark of course designed the armor to go with him wherever Steve goes. Disguised as a simple wrist watch, one press of the button and the armor and shield activate and viola. The Civil Warrior is in the house.
