So I was watching A Play Through of Dragon Ball Legends by KaggyFilms and the game got to the part where Present Goku, Post Cell Games Gohan and Bardock were pretty much in the same area...but outside of Bardock greeting Shallot's party which had Gohan and saying that Goku looked like him.

Nothing. XD A Chance encounter, bringing Grandpa, Father and Son together aaaaaaaaaaaaand nothing.

Granted Bardock did nothing much else other than say that Goku looked like him mostly cause this was Bardock BEFORE he died, he didn't get visions of his son up until he was fried by Frieza's Death Ball.

So it's understandable why such a meeting didn't go as many of us fans would have liked.

So I changed that, while adding my own twists to it of course.

It should be noted that this scene takes place in My Shared Crossover Universe, The Guardian-Verse so there are a lot of things that are different than the original DBZ/DBS universes, aside from there being heroes like The Avengers and Justice League and so on.

One of these changes is that Goku and Chichi never got married, after their reunion at The World Martial Arts Tournament, Chichi saw how Goku didn't even know what Marriage was or the fact that he kinda, sorta forgot about her. That was enough for her to call it off. But the two have remained friends, she would later marry Yamcha of all people.

So for most of his time in The Guardian-Verse, Goku never married, hell, Vegeta, Nappa and his brother Raditz beat him to the punch in that regard. XD

It isn't until the event leading up to the introduction of Android 21 and then her personalities splitting, that Goku falls in love.

Long story short, Good 21 survives The Spirit Bomb (Cause she's good) and she and Goku begin to grow pretty close. Two and a Half years later the two marry...well uh...sorta. The two act like a married couple after getting together but the idea of making it official slip 21's mind and Goku...still thinks Marriage is Food. XD

So Bulma took it upon herself to set up their wedding.

And like that, the two become an official married couple. Not long after, their son, Gohan, was born.

While in The Guardian-Verse, Gohan has a different mother but still the same father, he look overall the same as he does originally. Oddly enough, he doesn't show any signs of having powers like that of his mother. No pink skin or strange tail either. 21 writes in one of her notes about this one day that she tells to Bulma that given her complex DNA structure, her children will either gain half her Human DNA or half her Majin DNA and by example, Gohan gained the Human half of her DNA. Hence not showing any signs of Majin like abilities. Although he does have an addiction to sweets but this could just be due to who his parents are rather than anything to do with Majin DNA.

Now as for this scene in particular. This takes place a few months after Bardock is freed from the control mask and from Towa and Mira's control.

Bardock, feels a large measure of guilt not all that common for a saiyan (Unless they were raised on Earth) for all that he had done as a Time Breaker and despite being with his Sons and seeing both of them happy.

Bardock closes himself off for awhile, growing concerned for his father and knowing that Gohan needs to train more, he manages to coax his father into training with his grandson, since due to his arrival. Bardock all but ignored or paid little attention to the boy and this kinda hurt Gohan, who was eager to get to know his grandfather.

When nothing really happens, 21's patients grows thin and in a rare display of anger, sternly talks to Bardock about this, making Bardock realize that while most of his life had been to be used as a Puppet, he was free now and the time for payback on Towa and Mira would come later, the here and now though, was the time to get to know his family and take his second chance at life and actually enjoy it.

Bardock remembers back to Gine and how he thinks that's probably the exact same thing she'd say to him and for the first time in a long while, he smiles and tells Goku that he picked a good choice for a mate.

After a small warm up, Bardock trains with his Grandson who powers up to SSJ2 given that all that time as a Time Breaker, Bardock was insanely strong and so, a sparing match would do well for Gohan.

After a little while Goku joins in on the fun and Father & Son team up on their Father/Grandfather while 21 sits perched on a rock, smiling at her family, only to then lower her hand to her belly and says with a smile on her face.

"I bet your excited to join them too huh?"

Hmm, looks like 21's Pregnant again, guess Goten's on the way. Question is, will he be half saiyan and half human like Gohan, or will he be half saiyan, half majin? Only time will tell.
