In this pic that's Godzilla Jr as Super Godzilla, he's established himself as King of Monsters, with his Super Form however, he's a Prince of The Universe. Kinda thinking of making that a thing in My Guardian-Verse stories for these three as well as a few others.
Yes, Thor is at times The King of Asgard, however when Odin is alive he's usually a Prince of Asgard much like how Vegeta is The Prince of All Saiyans. Won't take the title of King until he truly has no more rivalry with Goku so he'll have reached the title of King of Saiyans. Or something like that, Vegeta ain't interested in that stuff no more.
Besides, this was made for fun.

Hmm...So is Guardian-Verse Thor currently a Prince of Asgard or a King of Asgard? I ask because I go both ways with Thor in the Avengers-Verse, with his title reflecting where he is in regards his character development in a similar vein to his beard, Prior to New Super Smash Bros. Crossover, Thor is a Prince of Asgard. Following New Super Smash Bros. Crossover's adaptation of Thor: Ragnarok, however, Thor is the King of Asgard, although the constant destruction and resurrection of the Avengers-Verse itself means that Thor doesn't really get the chance to live up to his title (as a leader, that is. As a fighter, Thor being the All-Father on top of being a fully realized Embodiment of Justice and God of Thunder means that he is one of the most powerful members of the Avengers, surpassing even his father Odin in sheer power).

Impressive. Currently, G-Verse Thor is still a Prince. But much like your Thor the two are probably on even footing as of right now in terms of sheer power. Although Odin in The Guardian-Verse is still stronger (The Asgardians in the Guardian-Verse are a combo between their actual Norse Mythology selves and comic book selves) suffice to say Thor is very powerful. Although it should be noted that when I said currently, I meant for him being a Prince, not his power, currently his power rivals that of the Thor that went nuts and killed most of the heroes with one arm. Only he's not nuts and he's still worthy of Mjolnir.

In all seriousness, while it wasn't my intention to do so, Thor's character development in the Avengers-Verse IS highlighted by his beard and title. At the start of the Avengers-Verse, Thor is a beardless Prince of Asgard who is an arrogant but noble warrior that is prone to being hotheaded and impulsive. However, as the events of the collapse of the 12 Universes puts him through the wringer as he gradually loses everything that truly matters to him, Thor's beard grows out as he becomes more introspective and patient, albeit his go-to strategy still amounts to repeatedly hitting his enemies with his hammers and lightning. By the time he becomes King of Asgard, Thor looks identical to his pre-Endgame MCU and his post-Original Sin comic counterparts combined, but his traditional beard (which is now a Badass Beard rather than a Beard of Sorrow) highlights that he is still a Prince of Asgard at heart, one that is reluctant to truly become a king. However, after overcoming his fear of ending up like Odin or King Thor while helping his younger counterpart from Universe 10 (pre-War of the Worlds) save his version of Asgard from the Anti-Life Virus during Super Smash Bros. Legacy and unlocking his Light form in the process, Thor has truly become the King of Asgard, which is reflected by how his appearance is nearly identical to King Thor (minus the grey hair) and Endgame Thor* combined.
* - When I say Avengers-Verse Thor looks nearly identical to Endgame Thor (AKA Fat Thor), I'm strictly referring to his Volstagg-esque beard. While I don't hate Fat Thor (mainly since I understand why he ended up like that IN-UNIVERSE), I have no intention of having Avengers-Verse Thor become fat. That particular aspect of Endgame Thor is somewhat transferred over to Fluttershy in Super Smash Bros. Resurrection, which is set five years after Super Smash Bros. Legacy (I say somewhat because while Fluttershy does become an alcoholic in the wake of Twilight Sparkle's death, Thor actively regulates her drinking so that she DOESN'T become overweight and makes sure that she stays in shape, resulting in Fluttershy becoming more muscular instead of fat in Super Smash Bros. Resurrection).

I've seen the new design for Thor in Donny Cates' run, but isn't Herald of Thunder another way of saying that Thor is Galactus' bitch now? Is that really an improvement over Jason Aaron's depiction of Thor?
Sorry if I seem a little cynical regarding Donny Cates' run on Thor. I mean, I did get Life of Captain Marvel because it simply wasn't fair of me to judge Margaret Stohl the way I did without actually reading her work, so I should know better than to judge Donny Cates' Thor without actually reading it (especially since it just started). Having said that, I'm probably the only Thor fan who doesn't hate Jason Aaron's run on the God of Thunder (Hel, Jason Aaron's Thor run is what made me a fan of Thor in the first place), and I'm sick of seeing Thor fanbrats either bash it without actually reading it or exaggerate its flaws to the point of lying about them to convince fans like us that it's the worst thing to happen to Thor. Plus, knowing Donny Cates, he's either going to derail Thor's character like he did with Eddie Brock (who, under Cates' pen, went from being a lovable goofball to (in the words of my pal devilkais) a miserable sack of shit) or force us to go to Twitter to fully understand his stories (because I definitely want to go to Twitter to understand what the Hel is going on in Thor).
In short, if Thor fanbrats can be unfairly harsh on Jason Aaron's Thor run, then I can do the same to their precious Donny Cates' Thor run. That's not to say I won't give it a chance, but I'm calling it now that Donny Cates will spit all over the past eight years of character development Thor got under Jason Aaron and pass his version off as the better version, and the Thor fanbrats will eat it up like the idiots they are because Odin forbid Thor actually has to earn his victories through hard work and struggle.
