Never really played or got into the Metroid series, but I do love Samusβs armor. But wouldnβt the acidic blood of the xenomorph melt her armor?

Not likely, she'd probably have to be covered in head to toe in a vat of the stuff for it to even really do much, although I imagine for the Joints in her armor that's a different story.
