Description
A quick tribute to the burning of Teldrassil in WoW Battle for Azeroth prepatch event. Even with all of his accomplishments behind him, my character wasn't able to save the tree or it's people. It was done quite quickly (for my pace), in little over 6 hours of work. The image was hugely inspired by one of the teaser artworks for the event. I dabled in a few different ideas for the piece, but eventually landed on this counter-contrast exercise as a challenge to myself, even if the angle would be considered somewhat "boring".
