Description
The Masters of Evil are a super villain team that has menaced the Avengers since shortly after they were founded. Originally created by the first Baron Zemo as a scheme to seek revenge against his old nemesis, Captain America, it had many other configurations of bad guys and motives after Zemo's death. They literally have evil in their name, so what else do you need to know?
Paul Norbert Ebersol had a super nerdy name and got beat up a lot as a kid, so of course he became a super nerdy super villain. Calling himself The Fixer, ol Norbie carries around a tons of high-tech gadgets and weapons of his own design and gets beat up by superheroes and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents a lot. So very little changed since childhood. Nerd. Stop hitting yourself, nerd!
Usually working with others including the terrorist organization Hydra, his frequent partner Mentallo (a dorky mutant with psychic abilities), and some other losers, this time he was recruited into Zemo's Masters of Evil. He built a device for Zemo to control Blackout, and also sexually harassed Yellowjacket....who nearly broke his hand in response. Ooh, I like her.
Anyway, Fixer got his butt kicked by Ant-Man, which is something they make fun of you for in prison.
