It's kinda cute, but I'll be honest the way it keeps throbbing like that is concerning. It's a dog made out of gelatinous materials or sumthin'. The toes are strange and a lot more work will need to be done if you want to improve. Why not look up pictures of dogs on the internet so you could learn from there? Stop using Disney as a reference or you will limit your skills. Why not try drawing a variety of things, not just canines, it'll help you develop? It's a shame that your limiting yourself like this, try and improve.

You asked for a critique, so here we go. Going to be completely honest with everything. c:
Let's start with the overall appearance.
When I first clicked the link you gave me and saw this little animation, I thought it was really cute. Simple tail-wag animations are done millions of times though, so when it comes to originality, it isn't so original.
As for anatomy, everything looks pretty ok other than the two front legs and the dog's right leg. The back right leg looks completely broken. I don't believe they can bend like that. As for the two front legs, they're ok really, Only problem I have is that the right one seems bigger than the left. Try to keep them the same size next time.
I really like your coloring. The shading could use a bit more work though since there's no apparent lightsource.
Anyways, onto the actual animation.
It's not bad, but next time try to add a few more frames. It'll make the animation ALOT smoother. ;3
Also, I noticed that the animation seems to...shrink? I don't see how that should happen to be honest..so I'm unsure on what to say to that.
Two more things I'd like to point out, them I'm done xD
One would be the dog's hair. It doesn't look like hair. It just looks like a wig or something was put on the dog's head.
no, scratch that. I just took a second look at it and i noticed it's transparent ? Now i just see it as jello or something o:
try not to make the hair transparent next time. I think that's what was bothering me.
And lastly, the muzzle and frisbee don't look right.

I really like it
it's a little rough, but you can tell you worked really hard on it, the only thing I see as slightly off is the frisbee, but I think the rest of the picture makes up for it.

Awww...very cute! But...The front right leg looks wrong...not at all like the left (thouhg I can't make them look alike for the life of me), but it also wide through the paw and dew claw.
THe frisbee is a little weird, but hey, could be a well-loved frisbee!
Otherwise I think it great! though I'm wondering about the transparaent hair-fur.

Ooh, very cute! I would write a crit, but I am not that knowledgeable in animation and drawing in general, especially anatomy. xD So I won't.
However I will mention that maybe you should look into what went wrong with the files. The animation does seem to grow and shrink, and it makes it hard to really focus on the picture. I know you probably can't fix it and that it was a glitch of some kind and that this has been mentioned, BUT I FEEL COMPELLED TO MENTION IT. SORRY. xDDD
Other than that minor glitch, the drawing is GREAT! The only thing I would change is the hair. :C No offense, really, but it looks kinda...I dunno. Not hairlike. xD
