Great concept.
It reminds me of the aliens in AI. The colors are breath-taking...

AWESOME! I love her energy...but I think (just my opinion) that her eyes should glow more, or show more energy radiation rather than less. But then again they are a calm blue which could mean that when she has to attack or defend they glow brighter and in a different color. Yeah, that's it, right?

Congrats on getting P8. I really love it. Ambient Node works better eh'? I must give that a try also.

hmmm, you just gave me an idea for another scene with this character although poser 8 crashed on me when I tried to reopen it for a pink scene...oh well, will try it again. It took me 3 tries to load Aery Soul skin in Poser 8, not sure if it's the external runtimes on the external harddrive or not.

Thank you!!!

Thanks P8 really helps, the ambient glow node works ten times better than P7...

I'm gonna have to get P8 I guess. Is it okay - stable? No crashing?? Tell me more! Do you like it?????

It crashes alot, it's still like in beta, that's the feel of it. However the P8 team has released a hotfix (for the indirect lighting and some other bugs) already like two days after the release and they promise an update real soon which will also address the complaints that people have about the thumbnails (ultra teeny tiny (as in 10 pixels by 10 pixels, maybe even 4x4) and you have to click each one to get it to show up bigger, kind of a pain when you're looking for poses). Sounds bad doesn't it but it is still a major improvement over P7 (I don't have Pro). As for this image, when I loaded the Aery Soul skin, Poser crashed on me three times, each time it got a little further in loading all the textures until finally it did it. I'm thinking that it had trouble accessing an external runtime on an external harddrive. This is a new pc (with Windows Vista) and plenty of harddrive space compared to the one I have Poser7 on. I'll probably will put some runtimes down on the new pc's hard drive and see what happens.

The drag and drop from the library is very neat. I believe I ran into someone at the RDNA forums who had a problem with applying materials from the pose room. In the new release you don't have to go to the mat tab, however the Poser8 team responded saying they're working on the problem. So like someone said, it's like paying to be on a beta team when it comes to Poser 8 right now.

I like everything else about it enough to keep plugging at it and hope they release the service pack soon!

Wow, thanks for the info. That was my worry - that it would be "not quite right". So I haven't bought it yet. Think I'll wait for the service pack. Other than the crashing - it sounds good though.
